The Evaluator is a publication of the Philippine Society for Nondestructive Testing, Inc. (PSNT) c/o Philippine Nuclear Research Institute, Commonwealth Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City.

The 2004 cover of The Evaluator depicts the Filipino NDT personnel, represented by the mascot at the center of the global field of NDT, as versatile, efficient, and knowledgeable compared with other NDT personnel. The Filipino NDT practitioner is at par with his counterparts in other countries. He has already provided his services in the Middle East and other countries in Asia. Let us endeavor to sustain the efforts of the PSNT in raising the recognition of the capabilities of the Filipino NDT Personnel in the global competition.
